SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Nash Fashion does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products.

2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.

Please email pictures of the defective item to [email protected] or call at +923312062383 within 2 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Nash Fashion will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

3. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

4. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

5. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained

6. Nash Fashion uses Skynet/Fedex and DHL to ship international orders.

7. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

8. Free Shipping is not applicable to Wedding wear orders.

We provide shipping all over Pakistan through Reputed Courier Service and internationally through FedEx/DHL/Skynet. It will take 4-6 business days for delivery within Pakistan and 8-12 days for international orders delivery. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
