  1. What is the Delivery Time?

    We provide shipping all over Pakistan through Reputed Courier Service and internationally through Skynet/FedEx/DHL. It will take (unstitched) 4-6 business days for delivery within Pakistan and 8-12 (unstitched) working days for international orders delivery. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery

  2. What if the product color varies?

    Nash Fashion ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Nash Fashion. Do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

  3. What if my merchandise is damaged?

    If the item is damaged, you may get it exchange. Email us [email protected] for exchange approval. Our team will review the damage, once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

  4. How do I can track my order?

    On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID with Courier Service Name for your order tracking through email. You can log on to Skynet/DHL/FedEx website for international order and Tcs/M&P/Leopard for local delivery respectively.

  5. Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

    You can also place an order without making an account which is called a Guest Checkout. However, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

  6. Can I cancel my order?

    You cannot cancel your order when order is confirmed.

  7. Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. We don’t accommodate any changes to the order.

  8. Does the price of the order include shipping?

    Typically, we will indicate shipping charges separately as part of the order on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges depending on your order details and location.
